All sales are final.

DuskSMP does not offer refunds for digital server purchases.

Ranks, kits, tokens, bases, and materials are digital items. Once a purchase is made, all sales are final.

Purchase issues

If there is an issue with a sale, contact us on Discord and make a ticket. Include your Minecraft username, package name, and proof of purchase.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in removal of purchased perks or a server ban while the issue is reviewed.
